Movi Chef is our customer service initiative, created to provide technical support to all CGM clients operating in the foodservice industry.

Launched in 2007, it has become a well-established and increasingly appreciated service within the sector. In 2024 alone, 30 on-site activities were carried out — a clear increase compared to 20 in 2023.
Using Movi Chef means benefiting from a true “chef at your service”, or more precisely, a mobile technical support expert.

A CGM representative will schedule a visit to the client’s premises, offering:

  • Product presentations and overviews of CGM lines, highlighting their technical and sensory characteristics
  • Demonstrations and guidance on preparation, cooking, handling, and best practices for use and serving
  • Setups for tastings, demonstrations, or product testing, either on-site at the client’s business or, if requested, directly at the end customer’s location
