OBJECTIVES
Construction of a new production facility, with a particular focus on areas dedicated to production lines and a refrigerated storage cell.
RESULTS
- Construction of a new production building completed.
Installation of a new cold storage cell for packaged product storage, eliminating the need for external warehouses. - Acquisition of new technologies (plants, machinery, and equipment) for the new unit (increased production capacity), enabling: Internalization of previously outsourced processes Significant reduction in processing times (automation) Strategic expansion of product range (new SKUs and references).
- Created the foundation for a stable increase in business volume and long-term consolidation and expansion of employment.
- Acquired specific know-how (through consulting) to align the project with Industry 4.0 standards.
